In this episode Jill Coleman and I talk about how we can find purpose outside of the obsession we have with our bodies. This is a huge conversation and a core desire for a lot of the women who come into HFH community. You know, it's something I had to figure on my own, understanding how to be in our bodies and how to just love myself without obsessing over myself. Jill and I also talk about creating a unique approach to life. We tend to over-consume information and jump to the thing, the next podcast, next plan, the next book and we really talk about experiencing transformation on a visceral level.

In this episode Jill shares:

  1. How to find balance in the chaos of managing your relationship with food.
  2. Why we're stuck in a state of urgency and scarcity.
  3. Shifting out of the belief that when we get to a certain weight, we will be happy.
  4. How we can transform our bodies from a place of acceptance.

What You'll Hear:

7:40- Overconsumption and implementing our truth

19:10- How we can find purpose outside of obsessing over our bodies.

22:20- How dieting drained Jill's intimacy, confidence and libido.

30:50- Reframing the way we look from a place of acceptance.

40:10- Unlearning the social conditioning we've been programmed to believe.
