Today on the show I have Jeanette Schneider, the founder of Lore Advocacy, a network of professional women whose goal is to inspire women to change the world through a gender lens of equality and self-actualization. In this episode, Jeanette shares some of her story and we talk about the importance of uncovering the voice that’s causing resistance in your life, the power that can be found in our pain, and giving yourself permission to make choices for you. Jeanette also has advice for all of the mothers out there who are wanting to be conscious parents.

Today on the show I’m bringing it back old school. I’m bringing it back to a concept that is so present in the Hungry for Happiness community. We’ve talked about it on the show before but I wanted to do a brand new episode on this as the concept is growing and there are so many new people in our community. This point of value is something that we can all come together and shift and that is our relationship to our body.
