It seems as if we’ve all conditioned ourselves to give others our power. It’s time to take your power back and today we’re going to be talking about how to do that. In this episode, I’ll be sharing the 3 ways that you’re giving your power away. We talk about remembering who you are and taking other people off the pedestal. I discuss why you need to have discernment for everything and how creating ideas of where we should be in life by a certain age can get in the way of our internal happiness.

Inside this episode:

  • The idea of self-agency and trusting in yourself
  • Knowing how powerful you actually are
  • Asking yourself who you have on a pedestal and taking them off
  • Using your discernment for everything
  • Taking ownership back by not blaming others
  • Creating ideas of what we should do or be and how this gets in the way of our happiness
