It seems as if we’ve all conditioned ourselves to give others our power. It’s time to take your power back and today we’re going to be talking about how to do that. In this episode, I’ll be sharing the 3 ways that you’re giving your power away. We talk about remembering who you are and taking other people off the pedestal. I discuss why you need to have discernment for everything and how creating ideas of where we should be in life by a certain age can get in the way of our internal happiness.

You have the power to create your own reality and future. We all have the option to use what happens to us in life to make us better people. Today’s guests are father-daughter duo Richard Jaffe and Charly Jaffe. Richard and Charly are the authors of Turning Crisis Into Success: A Serial Entrepreneur’s Lessons on Overcoming Challenge While Keeping Your Sh*t Together. We dive into what brought the book about and why they decided to work together in creating it. They discuss the strength needed to ask for help and why you need to think of self-care as a necessity instead of a luxury. We also chat about understanding your missions behind a project and how working hard won’t get you as far as truly understanding the needs of customers.
