On today’s solo jam, I will be discussing power and the ways which we can begin to embody our power. I will share with you how to avoid false illusions of power and how to distinguish between power from love vs. power from our ego. I am so passionate about this subject and I want you guys to learn to be aware of the ways in which you are giving away your power. You have nothing to prove to the world, the only person you have to prove your power to is yourself.

Inside this episode:

  • Power from love vs. power from our ego
  • Getting clear on what power actually means to you and what it does to your body
  • Our ego and how it prevents us from becoming all that we are
  • Believing in yourself and why you need to step into your power
  • The difference between being in your mind and being in your body
  • Realizing that there is nothing to prove to the world
  • Being in the moment
  • Using your inner compass to know what is best for you
  • Being mindful about where you are giving away your power
