Our bodies are capable of so much more than we often give them credit for. Today’s guest, Sanjay Rawal and I talked about how limiting our minds can be when we are exerting, whether that be physically or emotionally. We chatted about his new film and how spontaneity in life makes him feel most alive. He dives into how he realized he needed an inner purpose in life and what he did about it. We also chat about why you need self-discovery and how that’s often much different from self-love.

About Sanjay Rawal:

Sanjay spent 15 years working on human rights campaigns for acclaimed artists and philanthropists, one of whom encouraged him to start making films. Sanjayʼs first documentary, FOOD CHAINS (2014), was produced by Eva Longoria and Eric Schlosser with narration by Forest Whitaker.

Sanjayʼs second effort took a sharp turn. Applying narrative cinematic technique, Sanjay directed a sweeping expedition film. 3100: RUN AND BECOME was released theatrically in the US in 20 markets last fall.

Inside this episode, Sanjay shares:

  • How physical endurance helps with your spiritual progress
  • How our bodies capacity is far beyond our mind’s idea of our capacity
  • How your purpose gets revealed through happiness
  • Why you can’t have self-love without self-discovery
  • What the world would be like if we got out of our own way

Love. It’s a simple, yet complex thing in our lives. Today I was joined by guest, Neale Donald Walsch to chat about just that. Neale is a modern-day spiritual messenger and author. We dive into expressing your divinity, what it means to transmogrify and how modern-day religion has made people scared to express their true identity. Neale share’s his experience of being homeless, having conversations with God and how this led him to publish a book about his experience. We also dive into the importance of answering the call to love and stepping into a true awareness of who you are.

About Neale Donald Walsch:

Neale Donald Walsch is a modern-day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. The Conversations with God series of books that emerged from those encounters have been translated into 37 languages, touching millions and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives.

Inside this episode, Neale shares:

I wanted to bring you all something a little different for today’s solo jam. I decided to share a little snippet into a Hungry for Happiness Certification Program lecture where I talked about leveling up to be the best you, getting unstuck from what’s holding you back and how to manifest literally ANYTHING you desire. I shared why you should be operating from your “why” and why you shouldn’t avoid triggers. I dive into some of the best tips for making that transition from corporate to entrepreneurship including why you should embody the person you want to be now and the importance of visualizing rather than focusing on the reality of what is happening currently in your life.

  • Asking yourself where you’re running away when you should be leaning in
  • Establishing an element of excellence in everything you do

  • Why support is necessary for success
  • Embodying who you want to be in the future NOW
