Breathwork is all about releasing your mind and letting your body do the work. Today I had on Edward Dangerfield to hear about his journey of breathwork and how he helps others through this healing modality. We talked about how contrast makes him feel most alive, how breathwork massages our internal organs and how breathwork can make you feel safer in your body. We also chat about taking codependency out of coaching, getting back your power through the breath and what Edward does to navigate the waves of life.
