Today on the show I have Jeanette Schneider, the founder of Lore Advocacy, a network of professional women whose goal is to inspire women to change the world through a gender lens of equality and self-actualization. In this episode, Jeanette shares some of her story and we talk about the importance of uncovering the voice that’s causing resistance in your life, the power that can be found in our pain, and giving yourself permission to make choices for you. Jeanette also has advice for all of the mothers out there who are wanting to be conscious parents.

On today’s solo jam, we’re talking about the importance of focusing on our internal standards rather than our external standards, attracting abundance, and spending our time intentionally on the outcome that we want. I share some tangible ways to flip the script to allow for higher internal standards so that we can embody the energy that we desire.

Inside this episode, I share:

  • Our tendency to set high standards for our external appearance while neglecting the internal
  • Spending our time intentionally on the outcome we want
  • Raising our standards internally to attract abundance
  • Showing up externally how we feel internally
  • Focusing on the outcome we desire

Today on the show I’m bringing it back old school. I’m bringing it back to a concept that is so present in the Hungry for Happiness community. We’ve talked about it on the show before but I wanted to do a brand new episode on this as the concept is growing and there are so many new people in our community.  This point of value is something that we can all come together and shift and that is our relationship to our body.

Inside this episode, I share:

  • That the body positivity movement needs to embrace individual truths and desires
  • Why we need to start from a place of acceptance, not denial
  • The importance of identifying the outcome you want
  • Why you need to be honest with yourself moving into transformation
  • How to allow the journey to feel like the destination
