Today I am talking about the fundamentals of trusting yourself and sharing how you can start to regain trust in yourself. Trusting yourself applies to all areas of your life which is why it’s so important to rebuild your framework for trust and to begin to create more evidence for why you do trust yourself. I will share the steps you can take to start leveraging a bank of trust in yourself and I’ll also talk about how to destroy evidence of distrust that doesn’t align with your higher self.
