In this episode, I am joined by Geneen Roth. Geneen has had such a profound impact on my own life through her books. Her book Women Food and God was life-changing for me and it had a huge effect over me being able to overcome emotional eating and my battles with food and body. She shares why you should focus on what’s not wrong, rather than what is and why you should turn toward yourself when something difficult happens. We discuss stopping shame and guilt in its tracks and the pressure that we see from the body positive movement.
