I am very excited about today’s guest on the podcast. Gay Hendricks has been a mentor of mine for over 10 years, ever since reading his book, The Big Leap. He is a genius when it comes to personal development, especially when it comes to creativity. On this episode, we chat about tapping into your creativity and deeper parts of your body and soul. We dove into the realm of relationships, where I got vulnerable and spoke on the contrast between my previous and current relationship. We also discussed why you need to love yourself before loving someone else and coming into a relationship with an open heart and mind.
