Today on the podcast I have one of my mentors who I literally can't say enough good things about. He has changed my life in so many ways and I am endlessly grateful of the amount of love, support, care and attention he's poured into me since the beginning. I remember him saying to me, when I was first starting Hungry for Happiness, he grabbed my hand, looked me in the eye and said, "I believe in you." It's a moment I remember every time I feel like I'm pushing boulders uphill. This episode is all about relationships, childhood wounds and appreciation. Neil Moore has such wisdom around creating intimacy through conscious connection. He gives us beautiful insight to his marriage with his wife Hunter of over 30yrs and teaches us how to slow down so we can invite more ease into our own relationships.
