Hey guys! Welcome back to Can’t Be Contained! This week, I’m rolling solo and sharing my insights on a topic I believe is crucial for every entrepreneur—--somatic practices. The importance of releasing somatic buildup cannot be overstated—-a lesson I learned firsthand after an uncharacteristic outburst in the Amex lounge. (Don’t worry, we’ll get into it!) The entrepreneurial life can (and will) lead to something I like to refer to as emotional constipation, so this episode I’m sharing my favourite practices for releasing that stuck emotion from your body. From breathwork (of course), primal screaming, and even emo dancing, no matter the method you choose, it’s absolutely essential to let go of any stacked emotions.
