What if I told you that most of the struggles we face as entrepreneurs are actually so unnecessary? When I reflect on my own journey as an entrepreneur I often wonder why I made it so dang hard on myself to fulfill my dreams and to achieve what I wanted to achieve. I was constantly feeling like I was high level coping and doing all of the things that we quote-unquote “should do” as an entrepreneur like going to yoga and meditating. On this solo jam, I am going to be discussing how to stop making it so hard on yourself to be an entrepreneur, why you shouldn’t take actions out of a place of fear and how to use your pain as fuel for your purpose.

Are you truly practicing true self-love or just checking boxes off of your “to-do” list to fulfill your self-care tasks for the day? Today I am chatting with Paul Fishman, a self-love coach who got into the business after turning his own pain into his life’s purpose. Paul shares about how dealing with abusive relationships and coming out about his sexuality helped him to shed the emotional weight he had been hanging onto. He also talks about how he got into coaching self-love and why many people have a fear of being successful. He gives us insight into how focusing on how you want to feel will help you to stop suffering and why external validation is the villain of self-love.
About Paul Fishman:
Paul Fishman, a lauded Self Love Coach and Advocate, didn't always radiate in his authenticity. At rock bottom Paul was 75 pounds overweight, closeted, and the epitome of a people pleaser. When he stepped into his light, came out and honored his truth Paul lost the weight and manifested the life of his dreams.
