Today I have Rosie Acosta on the podcast and we get into the beauty of yoga, stillness and truly honoring our bodies. Each and every day we’re moving around in these amazing vessels that literally guide our human experience and we just often don’t take time to acknowledge how profound and how amazing it is. Rosie lets us in on different yoga practices and breathing techniques that we can use to get balanced whenever we feel untethered.

About Rosie Acosta

Rosie is an expert at helping her students cultivate a life of mindfulness, presence, and intention. An East Los Angeles Native, troubled teen who suffered from depression, anxiety, and overeating and turned her life around with Yoga + Meditation. Currently an ambassador for Yoga Journal traveling the U.S. for 6 months to 22 major cities exploring Yoga culture across the country.
