Can you believe it’s already the 100th episode? I sure can’t. This show has grown so much thanks to everyone who has listened and fueled this podcast with their love. Thank you all for sharing it on social media and with your friends, I am so deeply grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Today I am very excited to have a dear friend of mine on the show. I interviewed Rachel Luna, a best-selling author, international speaker and Sales Confidence Strategist. Rachel is a woman who embodies confidence and an unapologetic nature. She is such a force for good with a heart for service. In this episode, she shares how to give yourself permission to speak your truth, how to understand your own self-awareness and how to give people their truth in a compassionate, loving way.
