I am so honored and grateful to have the amazing Henry Emmons, MD on the show, sharing his insights on natural mental health.  I wanted to bring Henry on the show because he is a leader when it comes to truly helping people with anxiety and depression. I get questions all the time around medication use for mental health and while it’s important that I not answer those kinds of questions because I’m not a mental health professional, I can bring on experts who have the knowledge to help and support you.
