Jenna Phillips

In this episode, Jenna and I got to explore the importance of inviting play into our every day lives. It’s so funny, as adults, we become so restricted that we forget we’re allowed to have FUN! We also touched on the insane power of language. What we chose to say about our circumstances directly affects our emotional and our physical states. Jenna lives by this concept (I’ve seen it first hand) and does an amazing job showcasing the benefits as she walks us through some of her life’s most traumatic experiences.

 

About Jenna Phillips

Jenna began her career in 2006 as a personal trainer and life coach for celebrities and has been featured on Dr. Phil and The Doctors. Halfway through her career, she realized she had a bigger calling.

In 2016, she cofounded Ascension Leadership Academy with her husband and they have coached hundreds of people into their greatness. She's also the founder of Unicorn University - where women never spend another day being beige, broke, or behaved.

 

In this episode, Jenna shares:
