In today’s episode, I’m sharing the number one thing that sabotages your progress when it comes to personal and spiritual development. This is something I struggled with and even blocked my own personal growth. As I’ve been on this journey, I’ve learned there are simple things we can do to break free and move forward in healing.

  • Sam’s journey on learning to take her power back
  • How “thinking” about healing can stop your progress
  • Why you need to feel to heal
  • Observing your feelings from an open heart space
