You can manifest literally anything in your life that you desire. The universe wants to serve you up the things that you crave and dream about. If you have the desire for anything, you also have the tools to be able to make it happen and attract it to you. Whatever it is that you want, whether it be a career, a relationship, your ideal financial situation - anything you want is possible and within reach! Today I share how to manifest everything you want into your life and why you need to have clarity around the outcomes that you want. I talk about how you have to attach a feeling to what you want and how to use real-life vision boarding practices to help you visualize what you’re manifesting.

Inside this episode:

  • Why you have to be clear on what you want, otherwise it won’t happen
  • Attaching a feeling to the outcomes that you crave to keep you motivated
  • Visualizing what you’re manifesting and using real-life vision boarding practices
  • Letting go of the “how” and working with what you’ve got
  • The new breathwork app I’m launching soon

When dealing with chronic pain, most professionals tend to lead you in the direction of a medication as a quick fix to help ease what you’re going through. Today I am chatting with Jen Esquer, a top-40 physical therapy influencer who helps clients through online programs, private sports therapy and workshops. She shares how to use breathwork to manipulate how we respond to situations, changing our relationship with physical pain and how we deal with that in our body. We also talk about shifting your mindset and how to think of pain as an alert system rather than a problem that needs to be fixed.

About Jen Esquer:

Jen Esquer has been named one of the top 50 most influential healthcare professionals. With a Doctorate in physical therapy she is ranked as one of the Best Fitness Trainers on IG. She is the Founder of The Mobility Method, sits on the medical advisory board for Womenʼs Health and Strong Fitness magazine and is an online sensation with more than a 1/2 million followers and viral videos helping people eliminate pain.

Inside this episode, Jen shares:

  • How clients are impacted based on what professionals tell them
  • What inflammation does in our bodies
  • Using breath work to manipulate how we respond
  • Observing what your brain is trying to tell you
  • Thinking of pain as an alert system rather than a problem
  • Getting to the root cause of the problems rather than a quick fix

Yesterday, I was on a coaching lecture with my Hungry for Happiness Certification Program students and something came over me. We talked about how to truly harness your power. You’ll hear about how to let go of shame and how to exist in all of who you are because every part of you is important. I never share this content, but after receiving my student’s blessing I’m super excited to share this call with you. If you love it, let me know!

Inside this episode:

  • Why it’s important to work on yourself before becoming a coach
  • Using the energy and vision of where you are going to pull you forward
  • How focusing on the hearts of others creates happiness, success and abundance
  • Why showing people you care is more important than any funnel or strategy
  • The difference between operating from a place of force & hustle and a place of inspiration & service
