Jenna Phillips

In this episode, Jenna and I got to explore the importance of inviting play into our every day lives. It’s so funny, as adults, we become so restricted that we forget we’re allowed to have FUN! We also touched on the insane power of language. What we chose to say about our circumstances directly affects our emotional and our physical states. Jenna lives by this concept (I’ve seen it first hand) and does an amazing job showcasing the benefits as she walks us through some of her life’s most traumatic experiences.

I am so incredibly excited for you guys to dig your teeth into this episode. Every time I speak to this woman whether its in person, on the phone, through text, I just cling to her every word.
